Hey! Ok, I use Google Analytics to track the views on my blog. It will tell you how many people, their location (city & state), and whether they're new or returning visits. It also keeps track of how they got to your blog (either through google or a friend's blog or through the random blogger scroll). It doesn't give exact names, but I can usually tell based on where it's from and/or how often they check! I got it at google.com/analytics!
